By performing a detailed assessment, weaknesses are identified and individualized and a specific golf conditioning program can be designed.
As you progress through the program, you will notice increased flexibility, stability, and strength, along with amplified power and endurance which translates into improved golf performance.
This program includes:
Assessment of the golf swing from a biomechanical and postural point of view.
Assess and evaluate flexibility and apply correlating stretches to improve posture and physiological balance.
Implement Flexibility-Stability-Strength-Power conditioning progression to optimally improve golf performance and increase levels of fitness conditioning.
