Neurosomatic Therapy (NST)

Effective for pain management

Neurosomatic Therapy (NST) is an integrative form of manual therapy that identifies and corrects structural and biomechanical patterns in the body that cause chronic pain.

A postural assessment will be performed BEFORE and AFTER each Neurosomatic Therapy treatment to chart postural changes from the beginning until to end of each treatment. We provide our clients with an immediate progress report from the work that has just been completed.

By using this analysis of dysfunctional postural and movement patterns, we can create a comprehensive therapy program that fully addresses the five stages of rehabilitation:

Eliminate Spasm

Restore Flexibility

Restore Proper Biomechanics

Increase Muscular Strength

Increase Muscular Endurance

Neurosomatic Therapy (NST) is effective for treating a variety of different pain conditions. NST is great for helping athletes and all performers remain strong, properly aligned and functional so they can stay at their peak performance level every day.
